Ciudad Juárez.- At the end of the third quarter of the current year, the industrial market in Ciudad Juárez had 553 existing industrial properties classified as class “A” and “B”, located in 6 corridors distributed throughout the city.

According to the real estate platform Solili.mx, the construction activity that left the mentioned period was 1.1 million square feet distributed in 11 properties.

The site highlighted the construction of speculative spaces at this time, which represent 90 percent of the total market.
