In the post-pandemic period, residential developments that continue to be marketed in the primary stage in Mexico City, reported an increase of almost one percentage point compared to the end of the previous period, reaching 857 projects.

On the capital average, the Cuauhtémoc Mayor's Office stands out with 8 projects that were incorporated this quarter and that represents an increase of 5% with respect to the projects that were under construction last quarter and that had primary marketing.
