The "lost city", in Tacubaya in Mexico City, was one of the irregular settlements most reluctant to change. As the environment developed and large apartment buildings were being built, the population of the place multiplied and the quality of life worsened. So it became the focus of attention of the governments that have administered the country's city, but nothing changed for 100 years.

The buildings will have between five and six levels, which in total will house 176 apartments. There will be 9,845 square meters of construction, developed in the almost 5,000 square meters of the Lost City, and it is expected that they will be finished before 2023.

In November, the demolition of the irregular settlement was completed and the construction of 16 apartment buildings began.

According to the Solili platform, there are currently two residential real estate projects under construction in the Tacubaya corridor.

These are U-Place Periférico Torre I and Residencial Chapultepec.

Check here the availability of spaces in these complexes and in other 47 properties in this corridor.
