The electric car auto parts company, Vimercati Viney, will make an investment of 200 million dollars, reinforcing the role of Nuevo León as the world HUB of electromobility.

Known for its design and manufacture of mechanical and mechatronic switches for the automotive industry, Vimercati Viney works with BMW, Rolls Royce, Mini, Volkswagen, PSA Group, Renault, Fiat Group, GM, Honda, Maruti and Bajaj. The company, which has production centers in India, Italy and Romania, is preparing to open its first plant in America in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico.

The Governor also announced that leading Indian companies such as Tata, Infosys and HCL Tech will make significant investments in Nuevo León, the details of which will be revealed shortly. These investments will strengthen Nuevo León's position as the world HUB for electromobility.
