The construction of industrial parks generates advantages, which vary in relation to the size and specific specifications of the project, considered Jonathan Pomerantz, commercial director of Meor. The generation of employment in the region makes it possible to boost activities where civil works, floors, walls, structure, finishes and facilities converge, there are more than 100 workers on site, the manager explained.

In addition, it maintains that, with the construction of polygons, the roads in the area, necessary for the transport of goods, are consolidated. "They even improve safety factors and equipment such as street furniture, traffic lights or donation of green areas for recreation," he said.

For example, during 2022, Meor built two industrial parks (Hubs Park Monterrey and Hubs Park Tijuana). With them, it generated 2,000 direct jobs and 3,700 indirect jobs, with the construction of a total of 60,000 m2.
