
At the end of September 2025, the Bajío industrial markets registered an industrial supply of more than 1 million square meters, reporting a 35% increase compared to Q3 2024.

The increase in market supply is justified by the new supply of properties that are completing construction and are being added to the region's inventory with available space.
On the other hand, industrial demand in the Bajío markets has slowed, falling 30% compared to Q3 2024.

Queretaro has the largest industrial supply in the Bajio region, with 47% of the total available space. It is followed by San Luis Potosí with 25%, Guanajuato with 23%, and Aguascalientes with the remaining 5%.
