Technological development has allowed companies to adapt to new work models based on digital transformation.

Given this, the consulting firm Panduit carried out an internal analysis in the first half of 2022, where it found that digitalization in Mexico emphasizes the development trends of the network infrastructure in the country.

According to data from the World Bank, the digital economy is equivalent to 15.5% of world GDP, which has allowed companies to carry out digital transformation processes to cover a larger market.

At the regional level, according to the venture capital firm Atlantico, Latin America has seen an increase in investment from technology companies, which has led it to generate a market capitalization of 3.4% in only the third quartile of 2021.
