25 years after its opening, the "Pantalon Building" is preparing to host a collaboration program with private capital funds.

Mexico City has iconic buildings that, just by knowing their silhouette, it is possible to identify what part of the city they represent.

One of them is the Arcos Bosques Tower, known as the “Pantalon Building” in Santa Fe, relevant not only for its particular structure, but also for having been designed by Teodoro González de León.

After 25 years of its inauguration and having set a standard in one of the most important corporate areas of the country's capital, it has decided to modernize.

"Our goal is to reinvent that legacy to be the Mexican headquarters of the companies that are forging the global economic future in areas of high innovation," said Carla Braun, director of operations of the building.

The strategy is to reinforce the technological infrastructure carried out by Assa Abloy, a company dedicated to door security installations, through digital tools, with a collaboration program with private capital funds.

"With the aim of becoming the headquarters for international expansion teams such as US and Korean technology companies and Emirati energy companies that will come to the country to learn about the best local business climate with the expectation of establishing operations," explained Emilio Rivera Torres Burillo, property manager of Torres Arcos Bosques.

The decision comes from the fact that the administration passed to a new generation that seeks to make the "Edificio del Panto", the headquarters of companies in sectors such as artificial intelligence, fintech, big data management, blockchain services and clean energy.
