Torre 40 Lumière, León's commitment to vertical housing

The landscape of León, in Guanajuato, has acquired a particular element that is impossible not to see: a skyscraper. The 40 Lumière Tower, which completed its construction at the end of last year, has become the tallest building in the Bajío.

It is 160 meters high, has 40 floors and 107 high-end apartments, developed by Grupo Innova.

For the Mexican Real Estate Bank (BIM), the entity in which the skyscraper is located is one of the potential for housing development this 202, as well as Querétaro and Aguascalientes, since industrial development has encouraged population growth .

From 2018 to 2019, this sector grew 18% in Guanajuato and a year later, it reached the fourth national place in growth in the construction branch, indicate data from the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI).

According to the real estate analysis platform Solili, in Mexico City the average sale price of residences is located at 7 million 808 thousand 429 pesos, a decrease of 1.7 percent when compared to the 8 million average registered towards December of 2020.
