The new railway company CPKC and the boom in logistics parks are key to Hutchison Ports TILH, an intermodal facility that seeks to be "the terminal of the future in the Valley of Mexico", from the perspective of Francisco Orozco Mendoza, commercial director of Hutchison Ports Mexico .

He explains that the company is currently analyzing the new operating centers that are being built around -within a radius of 30 kilometers from the TILH.

“We are in talks with many clients to consider us. We believe that we have an excellent future and that is going to be seen in the coming years," he considers.

He specifies that in the State of Mexico and Hidalgo a large number of parks are being developed and today there are several wineries.

Remember that Amazon opened a distribution center (Tepotzotlán) and Liverpool will do the same, while, in Apan, Hidalgo, there is a Grupo Modelo plant, and although it is for domestic consumption, "at any time they can use it for export and It could trigger an opportunity for us.”

Similarly, Francisco Orozco comments that there are several small clients that are close to the terminal, who will also pay for the growth of the TILH.
