
The office market in Tijuana continues to gain momentum. During August 2025, the city registered a 25% year-over-year increase in the construction of corporate buildings compared to the same month in 2024, consolidating its position as one of the most important emerging hubs in the north of the country.

Currently, construction activity is concentrated in eight buildings, with a total of 76,000 square meters under development. Of the new projects, 19% are already in the marketing process.
The activity is mainly concentrated in two strategic submarkets: Agua Caliente and Zona Río, which together account for 90% of the projects under construction in Tijuana.
