Tenere expands its operations with the Pocket Park format
Mexico Industry | April 25, 2022 |

Approximately five and a half years ago, Tenere arrived in Monterrey, in a space of 25 thousand square meters; Currently, the company has grown exponentially thanks to the quality, trust and talent of the team and products that it has developed in the region.

“The labor market was much better than we expected: client demand grew exponentially; even since a year ago, when we decided to move to this facility, our business has grown 10 times. For this reason, we already have an expansion planned”, said Brian Steel, president and CEO of Tenere.

The growth in demand from its clients is due to the relocation of supply chains to North America and the quality of labor and talent produced by the academic sector of Nuevo León.

The new warehouse in Tenere is located in Pocket Park Oriente, the first park that GP opened under this concept in December 2019. It was developed in partnership with Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano S.A. of C.V. and GP Housing.

José María Garza de Silva, general director of GP Desarrollos, reported that the objective of creating this concept was to offer smaller parks where all security and access control services will be centralized to reduce maintenance costs.

“We want the Pocket Parks to be close to the housing developments so that the clients who settle have access to labor relatively close, and that the collaborators have less time to travel, which is reflected in a better quality of life” .

He also stressed that thanks to the size of the parks they have had more locations. “The success that we have had with this Pocket Park has triggered that we have six more (four in existence and two under construction)”.
