
Given the demand for its products, the company of Japanese origin, TAXAN México, began the construction of its new facilities in the Millennium Industrial Park, in San Luis Potosí.
The investment of 40 million dollars that the company dedicated to the manufacture of electronic cards is making will double its production from 500,000 to one million items per month.

“The objective is to continue participating actively in the industrial corridor, in the electronic area; This supply is being developed in San Luis Potosí and we are part of this conglomerate of companies that are supporting the automotive industry and the household products sector”, indicated Julio Esparza, operations manager of TAXAN Mexico.
For this reason, in a symbolic act, the directors of the Japanese firm, accompanied by government authorities, planted the first tree "representing the roots and future of their plant."
Tomohiro Takayama, president of Grupo Suntak, explained that this new factory consists of a single-level main building that will be made up of seven areas and that includes a warehouse, two ISO8 class clean rooms, and its office area.

The building will meet all the ventilation, temperature, safety and hygiene needs that TAXAN needs, since the electronics industry requires a controlled environment. It is planned that by March 2024 operations will begin in the new facilities, for this reason 500 people will be hired, in order to reach a workforce of 1,000 collaborators.
"We are going to request engineers, electronics specialists, operational labor, maintenance technicians, and we will give the opportunity to new talent from the universities that we are going to include in the project," highlighted Osvaldo Magdaleno, TAXAN Mexico human resources manager.
