The governor highlighted the economic growth that the region has experienced and the meaning this has for various industries. The development of SIP Mieleras is a 338 hectare project that will be carried out in stages. The first phase, which includes 120 hectares, will be inaugurated with an investment of 750 million pesos.
SIP Mieleras will be prepared to host companies from various sectors, with an investment in essential infrastructure of high quality and efficiency. The space will have a 48 megawatt electrical substation, supply of natural gas, drinking water and treated water, private water wells and fiber optic connectivity. In addition, a 24-hour closed-circuit surveillance system will be implemented.

Unlike other projects, SIP Mieleras already has basic infrastructure, such as a perimeter fence, arch and access booth, and concrete roads. Currently, the first speculative industrial warehouse of 15,000 square meters is being built, which is expected to house the first company in the coming weeks.
Coahuila continues to consolidate itself as an attractive destination for investment and economic growth.
