Mexico's industrial infrastructure is entering a new phase with 82 parks currently under construction, expanding the capacity to accommodate new investments; the country already boasts 491 operational developments nationwide.

The Mexican Association of Private Industrial Parks (AMPIP) stated that this new supply adds to a network comprising over 4,000 companies and nearly 4 million jobs, with a presence across the country's key production chains.

Infrastructure has also become a primary focus for developers. AMPIP members allocate approximately $5 billion annually to industrial infrastructure—funds directed toward buildings, site development, energy, water, connectivity, security, and services.

This investment addresses the new conditions facing companies looking to set up operations in Mexico, where the mere availability of an industrial facility is no longer sufficient to determine a project's viability.
