Despite the increased availability, investment continues to arrive, which is reflected in the price of industrial leases. The national average reached $7.04 per square meter, an increase of 8%.

Regionally, Mexico City has the highest prices at $9.30 per square meter, followed by Tijuana, Tecate, and Reynosa in the north. In contrast, the Bajío region (Guanajuato, San Luis Potosí, and Querétaro) offers the most competitive prices.
