The demand for manufacturing space in Querétaro was usually confirmed in 70% of manufacturing and in 30% of the logistics sector.
Logistics activity would be a boost for local reactivation, while manufacturing is recovering with the help of various ways, including the implementation of the T-MEC.
The end of 2020 was negative for industrial land requirements, far from the positive balances that the entity reported between 2015 and 2019.
In the last 2020 quarterly report of the Solili platform, it was reported that the industrial market of the entity had a gross demand of 5,000 m² in Querétaro, mainly concentrated in companies in the automotive industry.
