The construction area corresponds to a speculative project developed by IAMSA within its El Bajío industrial park. It is a Class A building that is currently fully occupied.
With the start of this new development, the Tecate market reactivated its construction activity after more than a year without any projects underway, representing a positive indicator for the local industrial sector.

The market closed November with over 720,000 square meters of available space, equivalent to a vacancy rate of 4.1%. Meanwhile, the average rental price in Tecate was $8.05 USD per square meter.
