Given the growing demand for industrial spaces derived from nearshoring, the Meor real estate fund inaugurated its HubsPark Apodaca, the first development in the northeast, located in Nuevo León. The place has an extension of 35,000 square meters (m2) of surface and an approximate construction of 18,500 m2.

The industrial warehouses in this place will house national and international companies in the manufacturing and logistics sector. Its creation took about 10 months and 300 million pesos were invested, generating approximately 800 direct jobs for skilled labor, as well as 1,500 indirect jobs.

Apodaca, being considered the industrial capital of the Mexican northeast, is attracting international logistics, transportation equipment and electronics companies. According to Jonathan Pomerantz, commercial and investment director, this work adds to Meor's commitment, as it is part of his master plan: the construction of eight industrial parks in Mexico within the next two years, with an investment of approximately 3,800 millions of pesos.

“HubsPark Apodaca has a privileged location and flexible and unique characteristics that allow it to adapt to the needs of any company. For example, its class A industrial buildings have the best specifications on the market; they are hybrid, since their dimensions make them compatible with merchandise storage companies and also suitable for those who want to manufacture,” Pomerantz pointed out.
