
During the April-May 2025 period, the office market in Querétaro showed an increase in office demand, reaching a gross takeup of 5,000 square meters, a figure double that recorded in the same period in 2024.

85% of the cumulative demand between April and May was in the South Central submarket, with takeup reported in spaces under construction. This reaffirms the interest on the part of corporations to invest in Querétaro, which is considered one of the country's main corporate markets.
During this same period, a decrease in the number of vacancies was recorded, with 314 square meters of office space vacated, representing a 43% decrease compared to the previous year.
