With an investment of 1.1 billion pesos, Meor and Mobiliare Latam began construction of their second HubsPark in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. Said property will be destined, mainly, to satisfy the growing demand of the manufacturing and logistics sectors, originated by nearshoring.
HubsPark Juárez will be a Class A project with an approximate area of 150,000 square meters (m2), and just over 71,000 m2 of construction. In addition, it will be divided into two warehouses of 31,921 m2 each, which will soon be offered to the long waiting list of brands seeking to establish themselves in the region.

According to the firms, the polygon will have facilities and services designed specifically for companies in the logistics and manufacturing sector.
"It will have first-class infrastructure, a percentage for office spaces, as well as logistics and security services," said Jonathan Pomerantz, commercial director of Meor.
“HubsPark Juárez will be on Avenida Miguel de la Madrid and close to the Zaragoza International Border Gate. It will form part of an important network of industrial parks”, highlighted Camarena.

Likewise, it is expected that this location contributes to the accelerated growth since it is located in a highly populated area. For this reason, they estimate that it will generate between 1,800 and 2,200 direct jobs of skilled labor, as well as 3,500 indirect jobs.
“This project is a great advance in our commitment to promote economic development and generate employment in the region. HubsPark Juárez will become a prosperous and attractive industrial center for companies looking to establish themselves in the area,” said Pomerantz.
