
In Altamira, Tamaulipas, Industrialia will be built, an industrial park that will have a total investment of 700 million pesos and an area of 65 hectares designed for various sectors.
Within the framework of the 50th National Real Estate Congress Tampico 2021, organized by the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals A.C. (AMPI).
It was confirmed that this project is promoted among both local and national entrepreneurs who seek to store or transport their products, the main objective being to offer an option in logistics for the movement of goods.

Mauro Oviedo, president of the Tampico section at AMPI, reported that due to its location, this park connects two of the most important land roads for the movement of cargo from the port, with an exit to the northeast of Mexico and the border with the country neighbor, United States.
Regarding the origin of the capital, the representative pointed out that it is private and has been made up of businessmen from the southern part of the entity.
