The aeronautical sector company Safran will make an investment of 50 million dollars for the expansion and execution of new projects at its facilities in Mexicali, Baja California, as reported by the governor of the entity, Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda.
In addition, this injection of capital will also favor the operations that Safran has in neighboring plants, such as the one in Tijuana, dedicated to the manufacture of cabins, where, thanks to the expansions, an annual growth of 30% in operations is expected over the next three years. .

The company's projections foresee that the workforce will grow from 330 elements that it currently has to 470 employees by 2023.
This project was finalized during the work tour that the state president carried out in France, where he met with the CEO of said company, Olivier Andriès, as well as with other directors.
In addition to this investment, Ávila Olmeda pointed out that, for next year, it is also planning to start a product manufacturing project in the municipality of Mexicali, which is part of Safran's commitment to the development of supply chains and worth.
