The health contingency due to COVID-19 generated a high vacancy of real estate spaces in the office segment, coupled with the drop in the level of demand, phenomena that are reflected in the market of the city of Querétaro.

At the end of the fourth quarter of 2020, Querétaro reports an availability of 83 thousand square meters of offices, an indicator that rose 38.3% annually, before the effects of the pandemic suffered, according to the real estate platform Solili.

Currently, Querétaro registers an oversupply in the real estate market for office spaces. Currently the vacancy rate in the market is 21.8%.
