​Querétaro is positioned as the third place in demand for offices nationwide

In the month of February, the Querétaro office market presented strong demand with 5.4 thousand square meters of lease, which positions it in third place nationally. 

The South Center corridor concentrates 96% of the total absorptions, with the rental of class A office spaces in Torre 57 and Corporativo BQ, which to date no longer has availability.

Offices in class B buildings were also leased in the Bernardo Quintana and Constituciónntes corridors, where the Ubika el Refugio and Condominio 5 Estrellas buildings stand out respectively.

Due to the dynamism that has been occurring in this market with positive absorptions, vacancy has been decreasing until reaching 12% after which in the second quarter of 2021 it will reach 23 percentage points.

So far this year, according to data published in SEDESU, Querétaro has received companies with significant investments and it is expected that they will continue during the coming months. This, together with the figures that it has been reaching, generates an optimistic outlook hoping that it will be stimulated. the generation of jobs and therefore the demand for more office spaces.
