During 2025, the Querétaro corporate market saw an increase in construction activity, with the start of 25,000 square meters of new office projects, doubling the figure recorded in 2024. With the start of these new projects, the total construction volume in Querétaro reached 51,000 square meters by the end of the year.

The Juriquilla corridor, where a large volume of developments under construction are concentrated, saw the start of construction on Querétaro Business Park Tower III and WTC Juriquilla Tower V, projects totaling 17,000 square meters of construction space.
For its part, Centro Sur also remains a key driver of market expansion, having begun construction on the Momentum Work project, which boasts a surface area of 6,500 square meters.
