As of the second quarter of 2021, the state of Querétaro has 40 thousand square meters of new industrial supply, that is, just over 43% of the total reported in the Bajío area

According to the report of the real estate platform Solili, as of the second quarter of 2021 in the entities of the Bajío there are 92 thousand square meters of industrial supply quantified, which represents 12% of the national total.

Querétaro ranks as the entity in this region with the greatest supply of new industrial buildings, followed by Guanajuato with 36 thousand square meters.

During this period, expansions of industrial space were reported for companies already established in the country, accounted for as new investments and belonging to different sectors of the economy.

With these results at the end of the second quarter of the year and already with the electoral results of June 6, investors perceive greater certainty, coupled with the economic issue such as the consolidation of Mexico as the first supplier to the United States, displacing China.

Finally, the real estate platform foresees a second semester with good results for the industrial real estate sector, even higher than those of 2020, a year that despite the pandemic showed better performance than 2019.
