A large part of the employees in Latin America value more the flexibility that their companies can give them, since it is the second most important attribute when looking for a job after salary. He also noted that this percentage increases to 95% among millennials and centennials.

"Flexibility is essential for the adoption of new labor trends, which have allowed the appearance and acceleration of dynamics that have become a trend," said Karen Scarapetta, Regional General Manager of the multinational.

With these data obtained, WeWork revealed that the hybrid model is here to stay and that it is a crucial element among organizations, both for satisfaction, employee and leader retention, and for attracting new talent.
