Puebla is attractive for the construction of new office projects

Puebla, and the three corridors that comprise it, stood out in the last quarter of 2020 as it was able to capture the construction of new real estate developments, as well as the delivery of a new class A office building, located in the Angelópolis corridor, which contributed to the inventory of the city 11 thousand square meters.

Currently, the inventory in this corridor is 187 thousand 722 square meters and records a vacancy of 43 thousand 489 square meters.

In the Angelópolis corridor, one of the most exclusive in Puebla, various corporate real estate projects are under construction such as the Torre Inxignia, a 50-story building designed by Balcázar Arquitectos.
