Fibra Prologis, one of the logistics real estate investment trusts, was named 'Sector Leader' by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for its performance in environmental stewardship, social responsibility and governance (ESG).

The GRESB recognizes outstanding leadership in sustainability for real estate companies and funds. Fibra Prologis ranked first in its peer group winning Green Star and recognized as 'Regional Leader of the Listed Sector for the Industrial Sector in the Americas'.
