Office rental prices in Tijuana the only ones in the country that show increases

If the analysis is carried out throughout 2021, the lowest point in the average price was reached in May 2021 with $18.70 dollars per square meter, achieving a recovery from there that has been maintained towards the end of the year.

This important border market between December 2019 and February 2020, prior to the pandemic, had reached its historical low in recent years and generated a bump in the price curve where it registered $15 dollars per square meter per month.

In turn, Tijuana has been one of the few corporate markets that has maintained its positive quarterly net absorption levels during the two years of the pandemic, without major changes in unemployment levels.
