
At the end of July 2025, the average rental price for offices in the Querétaro market stood at $15.8 per square meter, representing an 8.5% increase compared to the same month last year.

The 5 de Febrero submarket recorded the highest average price in the market, at $17.8 per square meter, demonstrating a marked difference between Class A offices, priced at $23.40, and Class B offices, at $12.90.
Meanwhile, other major business submarkets in Querétaro recorded prices of $16.70 per square meter in Juriquilla, followed by Centro Sur and Bernardo Quintana, both at $15.80 per square meter.

Despite the fact that office vacancy in Querétaro increased by more than 15,000 square meters of available space over the course of a year, rental prices continue to rise and are positioned as one of the most competitive nationwide, surpassed only by the corporate markets of Puebla and León.
