The corporate real estate market in Mérida has positioned itself as one of the most important emerging markets in the country in recent years. With an expanding inventory, it reached 167,000 square meters of office space by the end of August.

New corporate projects have transformed the urban landscape of Mérida, increasing the supply of high-quality infrastructure in the market. Mérida had a vacancy rate of 12.9% at the end of August 2025, which translates to more than 21,000 square meters of office space available for occupancy.

The average office rental price in Mérida was $19.80 per square meter per month in August, ranking third among the highest prices in the country, only behind Tijuana and Mexico City, which occupy second and first place, respectively.
