The firm Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos (SMA) announced the opening, in 2024, of Rosewood Ciudad de México, a new hotel that will be located in the exclusive area of Polanco. Close to Presidente Masaryk avenue, as well as cultural institutions such as the Soumaya and Jumex Museums.

The new hotel complex, designed by SMA, will occupy the large tower that is part of the Expansión Antara project; a mixed-use development that features offices, shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

The firm highlighted that the hotel will have 133 rooms, 35 of which will be suites; as well as four restaurants that will include a bar and grill, a lounge and a specialty restaurant. In addition, you will have a wellness center called Asaya; which will include two swimming pools, a physical conditioning center, eight treatment cabins and humid thermal areas.

Likewise, the complex will have spaces dedicated to events and meetings that will total 1,270 square meters, and will serve both large groups and intimate meetings.
