On eight occasions, this plant has been awarded the Master of Quality that Daimler delivers to its best suppliers, of which Daimler Saltillo is one of its main customers, 60% of the North American tractors and 100% of the American tractors carry Phillips products.
According to the real estate analysis platform Solili, Saltillo has an inventory of 4 million 76 thousand 575 square meters of which 239 thousand 64 square meters have vacancies.
Also, there are around 217,449 square meters under construction.
Until February, the average monthly rent price per square meter in this corridor is 4.1 dollars.
