Phillips Industries announced an expansion of its Arteaga facilities with an investment of 10 million dollars and a generation of 600 new jobs, representing its fifth extension in the 13 years they have been in the region.

On eight occasions, this plant has been awarded the Master of Quality that Daimler delivers to its best suppliers, of which Daimler Saltillo is one of its main customers, 60% of the North American tractors and 100% of the American tractors carry Phillips products.

According to the real estate analysis platform Solili, Saltillo has an inventory of 4 million 76 thousand 575 square meters of which 239 thousand 64 square meters have vacancies.
