According to the leader of the state executive, Asian businessmen highlight Sonora's competitive advantages to decide to invest, its main attraction being the border it has with the United States, adding that it has ports and direct access to the Pacific, in addition to its specialized human capital.

Another factor is the Sonora Sustainable Energy plan, which seeks to make this entity the largest generator of solar energy on the continent. Durazo Montaño revealed that in order to consolidate the capture of all international capital, in addition to implementing the Sonora Plan, they are also improving the logistics and industrial infrastructure of the cities as an additional action.

Hence, the remodeling of the port of Guaymas and the creation of a logistics company that will manage the port infrastructure stand out. In addition, it is added that the airports of Guaymas and Obregón will be rehabilitated, and in the latter city it has already been agreed to create a new tax area.
