Although the COVID-19 pandemic delayed the start of its operations, the Ferroenlaces general cargo transfer terminal, located in Celaya, Guanajuato, is already an option for the automotive, agro-industrial and industrial sectors.

In its first phase, which started activities in December 2020, said infrastructure has the capacity to move up to 360 thousand tons per year of different products; that is, 30 thousand tons per month.

Grupo Aceitero del Bajío is the first client of Ferroenlaces, although this February another company with which it will move cement joins.

However, it is already negotiating with new companies that will be added in 2021.

This terminal is strategically located in the Bajío, and has direct access to the largest industrial zone in the country.
