The office market in Queretaro registered a mixed performance during the first half of 2025.

The city of Queretaro closed June with a vacancy rate of 13.8%, representing a significant increase in the supply of available corporate space.

In contrast, the cumulative demand for office space during the same period was 12,000 square meters, a decrease compared to the first half of 2024.
