This increase in supply is primarily attributed to the move outs of industrial spaces in the last twelve months, in addition to the recent completion of a speculative building in Vesta Park I.

At the end of June, Puebla had industrial spaces ranging from 1,000 to 12,000 square meters, located in the city's main industrial parks, such as Finsa Puebla I and II, Vesta Park, and Sanctorum.

Recently, developer Finsa began construction on a property located in the Finsa Puebla I industrial park. The project covers 13,000 square meters and will be added to the market once construction is completed.
