The new Quinta Real Guanajuato Hotel will be built with an approximate investment of 258 million pesos, informed the firm Camino Real Hotels.

According to Leandro Trejo Escudero, director of the hotel chain, during the construction works, the development will generate 350 direct and 100 indirect jobs.

While, once the hotel comes into operation, it will employ 150 direct collaborators.

The property will reach an estimated 14 thousand meters of construction. The start of the project is planned for the first quarter of 2022.

Camino Real, the division belonging to Grupo Empresarial Ángeles, chaired by Olegario Vázquez Aldir, explained that this tourist development is carried out under an agreement with the real estate company “El Refugio del Minero”.

The Quinta Real Guanajuato Hotel will have 85 "high class" Suites, an equipped business center, two restaurants specializing in Mexican and international cuisine, and a bar.

As well as a room for events with capacity for up to 500 people, Spa, gym, swimming pools and parking.

“With the incorporation of this destination, Quinta Real will reach its tenth jewel. Which seeks to promote new attractive offers for the national and international market at the tourist level, ”the hotel chain explained in a statement.
