ZF Group, a German company that provides solutions to the automotive industry, announced the construction of its third production plant in Querétaro, which will have an investment of more than 240 million euros and will generate more than 1,300 jobs.
"This investment will represent 80,000 square meters of construction, an investment of 240 million euros and more than 1,300 new jobs for the people of Queretaro," said ZF's vice president of operations, Paulo Vigolo.

The director of the ZF plant in El Marqués, Jacobo Sánchez, said that the company reaffirms its commitment to the government of Querétaro to generate new jobs and emphasized that it is a world leader focused on technology for next-generation mobility.
It is worth mentioning that ZF Group has more than 157,500 associates worldwide. During the fiscal year 2021, it recorded sales of more than 38.3 billion euros and operates in 188 production sites in 31 countries.
The head of the Secretariat for Sustainable Development (SEDESU), Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, explained that according to the figures registered by the agency, through specified investments and induction forms, these 240 million are added to the more than US $1,600 million in direct Investment captured during 2022.
