In order to continue with the expansion of its portfolio to meet the growing demand of the industrial market, Stiva Desarrollos Industriales held the Open House of its FlexSpace warehouse.

Through the event, where they thanked the attention and trust of their partners and brokers in the region, the characteristics and differentiators of this new 7,652-square-meter product were announced, located in the Stiva León Industrial Park, in Guanajuato .

Elias Laniado, Director of Stiva Desarrollos Industriales, said that the Stiva León Industrial Park has an area of 85 hectares and has positioned itself as a strategic option not only in Guanajuato, but throughout the region.

The area has conditions and characteristics that can hardly be replicated in other places in terms of services, mainly in terms of availability of electricity and labor.

Stiva announced the introduction of two new ships, of which FlexSpace has already been completed.

It is an innovative product in the area, which has a modulation of up to six spaces, even allowing the option of cross-dock, giving a unique flexibility in the market in terms of profitable area offer.

This configuration allows it to serve all types of industry and provide different uses, thus this concept exposes differentiating elements with its architectural composition, attractive image and its high quality finishes.

Stiva is in the final stage of construction of the Leon 3 Inventory building, of up to 12,700 square meters, divisible into four modules. This ship will be completed at the end of October this 2021.
