Nestlé invests 800 million pesos in Edomex to improve its infrastructure

The company dedicated to the manufacture of food and beverages Nestlé México announced an investment of more than 800 million pesos to expand its production and improve the infrastructure of three of its four factories located in Toluca and Cuautitlán, State of Mexico.

According to what was reported during the announcement event, this figure will be used to improve the production processes of its coffee and culinary plants, as well as pet food.

This investment project seeks to improve processes at the Manflex facilities, specialized in individual coffee products, and at the chocolate factory, which is ratified every year as one of the best in terms of safety, quality, and environmental commitment. Both are located in Toluca.

In addition, resources will be allocated to the Purina plant, in Cuautitlán, which is the largest in Latin America and is committed to pet nutrition, and the investment project also includes streamlining the processes of the Nestlé Distribution Center (Cedis). México.

In this sense, Alfredo Del Mazo, Governor of the State of Mexico, celebrated that the company has found the ideal conditions for its development on Mexican soil, allowing it to deploy a productive infrastructure.

Nestlé México has been in the entity for 63 years and in Toluca alone it has more than 800 collaborators, who will have more security thanks to the announced investment.
