
The consortium, made up of the companies Mota-Engil México and CRRC Nanjing/Pushen, will make an investment of 3,000 million pesos to install a precast plant in the municipality of Marín, Nuevo León, where straight beams and other elements will be produced. construction for the construction of lines 4, 5 and 6 of the metro.
The plant that will be installed in Marín is due to the need to have the material needed for the new subway lines in due time and form, due to the fact that the casting of columns for Line 6 began on July 25 of the subway.

The plant will have an area of 100,000 square meters and will have a 17,410-square-meter industrial warehouse, a 39,800-square-meter precast storage area, and 42,278-square-meter internal roads.
Additionally, it will have parking and 2,200-square-meter offices, a 300-square-meter warehouse and laboratory, and 50-square-meter supervision offices.
