Over the past year, Monterrey's industrial inventory increased by 2.1 million square meters with the delivery of completed buildings.

This inventory growth is a result of the strong momentum of industrial infrastructure investment in Monterrey in recent years. The Monterrey metropolitan area is currently a market with ample land reserves, which has facilitated its continued expansion. The market also benefits from the presence of institutional developers who have invested in the growth of the industrial sector.
