Monterrey leads demand for industrial spaces between January and October 2022

For now, experts anticipate that what is expected is that the demand for these spaces will continue to rise in the following months before the arrival of more investment projects in the state.

And it is that, in the last year, that is, from October 2021 to the same month of 2022, the government of Nuevo León has confirmed 101 projects, which represent just over $4.3 billion dollars.

The development of these investments will promote the generation of more than 50,000 jobs for the entity and will require more supply of industrial buildings. For 2023, the outlook also looks encouraging for investments and the economy of Nuevo León in general.
