In parallel, construction activity remains strong with the start of construction on The Own, a corporate project that will add 13,000 square meters of office space to the inventory in the coming quarters. These new developments reflect an active real estate market, driven by the demand for higher-quality spaces.

In terms of occupancy, office space demand reached 10,000 square meters in Q1 2026, double the figure observed in the same period of 2025. This increase in demand has been key to maintaining market equilibrium, even with new supply.
