Merida's corporate market offers 200 office spaces for rent

As of the end of November 2025, Mérida's corporate market has approximately 200 office spaces available for lease. The total area for sale exceeds 30,000 square meters, of which 90% is concentrated in existing buildings, while the remaining 10% corresponds to spaces under development.

Mérida is a market with a diversified offering, ranging from vacant office spaces with areas of less than 200 square meters to large areas exceeding 1,000 square meters.

The market supply is concentrated primarily in the Cabo Norte submarket, which had the highest vacancy rate at 34%, followed by the Montejo submarket at 24%. These availability levels are closely linked to the concentration of new developments in these areas, which have become strategic hubs for the city's business and corporate activity.

At the end of November, Mérida's corporate market registered a vacancy rate of 15.9%, the second highest in the country, only surpassed by Puebla, which has a rate of 16.4%.
