Improve air quality in buildings, trend after pandemic
Inmobiliare/Solili | January 19, 2021 |

The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic brought with it the need to rethink buildings, favoring small changes, such as better ventilation, to provide greater security to users.

The sanitization of the air flow and the rational use of energy are beginning to bear fruit in the management of buildings and in projects under development.

For example, outside air gates are critical components for bringing in fresh air to ventilate and dilute the build-up of certain pollutants inside buildings. However, it is possible that in some properties, these cannot be opened or may not work correctly.

In Mexico City, various corporate and residential developments, which are under construction, are basing their planning based on the highest standards of sustainability.

According to Solili, one of these projects is located in the Condesa neighborhood, in the Cuauhtémoc mayor's office, in Mexico City where Espacio Condensa is developed, which has the endorsement of the international firm WSP or Taman Condesa.

WSP certifies that residential and industrial projects comply with environmental and sanitary characteristics to offer the best experience to end users.

Currently in the Condesa corridor, the Mexican capital, there are 28 residential projects under construction. To learn more about availability, rental and sale costs per square meter per month and per year, we invite you to visit the Solili platform.
