With the intention of giving a boost to the recovery of the real estate industry in Guadalajara, Mexico, the construction of the Thálatha vertical housing project will begin, which will add an investment of 900 million pesos (mdp); this year is expected to culminate with 5% progress.

This development will generate 250 direct and 500 indirect jobs through 25 local contractors. It will have 692 apartments, more than 20 amenities and areas for coworking and a toy library, equipped to carry out Home Office and distance education; and area for product sanitation.
